THE TRIAL
Why a month, and not two weeks.
Moxel is worth paying for once it finds something to fix. That takes visitors. A site with 500 visitors a month sees about 115 of them in two weeks. That is too few to say anything honest about a form field, and we would rather not dress up a guess.
In 30 days the same site sees about 500 people. That is usually enough to show where most of them leave. If the sample is still small, the dashboard says so.
EVENTS
What counts against your plan.
An event is one thing a visitor does that Moxel writes down: a page view, a click, a field filled in. Your plan sets how many we store each month. How fast you use them depends on the depth you pick.
| Depth | Events per visit, roughly | Visits on Garden |
|---|---|---|
| CHILL Pages seen and where people came from. | 2 | 50,000 a month |
| VIBEY Adds clicks, signups and each step of checkout. | 8 | 12,500 a month |
| FERAL Adds every form field, scroll and hesitation. | 100 | 1,000 a month |
Most people pick Vibey. On Garden that covers about 12,500 visits a month. Feral is for finding a specific problem. Turn it on for a week, fix what it shows you, then turn it back down.
OVER THE CAP
Nothing stops recording.
If a post goes viral and you pass your events for the month, we keep recording and send you an email. You will not lose the busiest day your site ever had.
If you stay over for two months in a row, we ask you to move up a plan. We never upgrade you without asking.
WHICH ONE
Pick by what you run.
- SeedYou want to see if Moxel finds anything on your site before you pay.
- GardenYou run a site or a few, and you want to know where people leave and what to change.
- GreenhouseYou run a shop and pay Meta for ads. You want to know which ads led to real orders.
- Self-hostedYour data cannot leave your servers, or a compliance team has to sign off.
PAY YEARLY
Twelve months for the price of ten.
Garden is $140 a year instead of $168. Greenhouse is $590 instead of $708. The first 100 paying users keep their launch price for as long as they stay.
Not ready for a subscription? A Leak audit is $49 once. We go through one signup or checkout on your site by hand and send you a ranked list of fixes.
QUESTIONS
The small print, in plain words.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. You get 30 days and 50,000 events. When the trial ends, tracking pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is charged by surprise.
- What happens to my data if I do not pick a plan?
- It stays for 30 days after the trial ends, in case you change your mind. Then it is deleted, not archived.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Any time, from the dashboard. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
- Is there a free plan after the trial?
- No. A free plan means someone else pays for your data, usually by selling it. We would rather charge $14 and keep your visitors out of it.
- Why does Greenhouse cost so much more?
- Matching ads to real orders means reading your Meta account and your store every day. Tools that do only that part charge $79 and up. If it shows you one ad wasting $60 a month, it has paid for itself.
