Moxel vs Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is free at any size and plugs into every ad and reporting tool there is. Moxel costs $27 a month, sets no cookies, and hands you a short list of what to change in place of a wall of reports.
THEIRS
Pick Google Analytics if
- You need free. Google Analytics costs nothing at any traffic level, and Moxel has no free plan after the trial.
- You run Google Ads and want your sales flowing back into your campaigns.
- You want to know which country or city your visitors are in. Moxel does not record location at all.
- You need to follow the same visitor across weeks. Moxel forgets everyone each Monday.
- Someone on your team already knows Google Analytics and likes building reports.
OURS
Pick Moxel if
- You opened Google Analytics twice and could not find the answer you came for.
- You want to know which field of your form people quit on. Out of the box, Google Analytics records that a form was started and that it was sent. The fields in between take custom tagging.
- You would rather not set cookies. Google Analytics sets its own, so in the EU and UK it usually sits behind a consent banner.
- You do not want your visitors' behaviour held by a company that sells advertising.
- You want the answer as a sentence and a fix, not a chart to interpret.

The step, not only the rate.
Google Analytics will tell you how many people bought. This is the walk in between, with the worst step marked.

NOT YET
What Moxel does not do.
- No session recordings and no heatmaps. Moxel counts what people do. It does not film the screen.
- No visitor locations. Country, region and city are not recorded.
- Returning visitors only within one week. The code that tells people apart resets every Monday, so someone who comes back next week looks new.
- No choice of hosting region, and no EU-only hosting.
- No free plan after the 30-day trial.
BOTH
Can I use Moxel and Google Analytics together?
Yes. They do not interfere with each other. Plenty of people keep Google Analytics for traffic and ad reporting, and use Moxel for forms and checkout.
