What Moxel does not do.

  • No session recordings and no heatmaps. Moxel counts what people do. It does not film the screen.
  • No visitor locations. Country, region and city are not recorded.
  • Returning visitors only within one week. The code that tells people apart resets every Monday, so someone who comes back next week looks new.
  • No choice of hosting region, and no EU-only hosting.
  • No free plan after the 30-day trial.
